La Belle Chat

Dasha, la belle chat.

The main reason most folks want a housesitter is for their pets.  This one is no different.  Dasha is the main reason we are here.  She isn't a very demanding cat.  She doesn't want to sit in our laps or snuggle on the sofa.  We only have to fill her food bowl with dried kibble and every other day give a bit of canned food.  She does want to be rubbed, but only on her terms, and not very aggressively.  I think she has sore spots from old injuries.  Last year she was hit by a car (they think) and had surgery to put her back together.
